For optimal and efficient support, please report to us the following information:

• Model name and serial number (e.g. MV-D1024-80-CL-8, SN0010 1568)
• Description of problem, test images/screen dumps.
• Type of software used (drivers, front end), including version number
• Type of framegrabber used (manufacturer, type and revision number)
• EEPROM dump (see PFRemote)

Repair
In case of a defect if you obtained the product directly from Photonfocus AG, please ask by email for the return material authorization number (). Then send the camera back to Photonfocus with the RMA form.
