Field Applikation Engineer (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sie sind der erste Ansprechpartner der Kunden bei technischen Fragen zu bestehenden Produkten
• Sie unterstützen den Verkauf, oder externe Vertriebspartner in technischen Fragen bei Verkaufsgesprächen im In- und Ausland und führen technische Schulungen durch
• Sie unterstützen bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Messen und Kunden-veranstaltungen
• Sie Stellen im Labor Kundenapplikationen nach
• Sie helfen der Entwicklung bei der Verifizierung der Spezifikation neuer Produkte

Ihr Profil

• Sie sind eine dynamische Persönlichkeit, die den Kontakt mit Personen nicht scheut, mit „Hands On Mentalität“
• Sie beherrschen mehrere Programmiersprachen. Idealerweise C++, und Python, C#/.Net sind ein Plus
• Sie haben Freude an Mechanik und wissen wie man mit einer Feile, einer Bohrmaschine und einem 3D Drucker umgeht. Auch mit Lötkolben und Oszilloskop wissen Sie umzugehen
• Sie beherrschen das MS Office Paket
• Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und Englisch
• Sie verfügen über Reisebereitschaft

• You are responsible for the direct sales of our products in North America.
• You will acquire new customers and successfully develop existing relationships.
• Visit as required customer sites, give sales presentations, perform product demonstrations, install products and train customers on the correct use of the products.
• You will analyze the market and competitive situation in order to define customer potential.
• Close cooperation with the Executive Board and Product Development Department guarantees your success.
• You will be responsible for the entire offer and contract process up to successful conclusion.
   

Your Profile

• You have five to seven years’ experience in Technical Sales of products and systems for machine vision.
• Knowledge of the theoretical and practical application of engineering, science and technology are a must.
• You possess a B.S. degree in mechanical-, chemical- engineering, physics or a similar technical field.
• You are fully proficient with MS Office and are experienced in the effective use of a CRM tool.
• The ability to work independently and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction are essential for your success.
• You are used to intensive travel activity.
